Rebecca Meeks is the founder of Hazelwood Physiotherapy. She received her degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987 and her diploma in Intermediate Manual Therapy in 1996. Rebecca has obtained her certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, taught by leading experts in the vestibular field. She has continued her post graduate training with a focus on treatment of vestibular injuries including post-concussion and traumatic brain injury. In addition, Rebecca has an interest in workplace injury and prevention and return to work planning, and uses this in the Occupational Rehabilitation Program.
Rebecca is dedicated to ensuring that Hazelwood Physiotherapy is a source of quality care and treatment for the community.
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is an avid skier, although she is now the slowest one in the family on the slopes!
